Family of bicyclist killed in Hartford hit-and-run calls for justice and action against reckless driving

The family of a 44-year-old man killed in a grisly hit and run on Wethersfield Avenue on Thursday are calling for a crackdown on racing and reckless driving, which they hope will prevent future tragedies in the Hartford neighborhood.
