State police seek public’s help following Manchester killing during pop-up gathering in commuter lot, a tough-to-enforce trend

State police are continuing an investigation of a deadly shooting in Manchester early Sunday with the hope the public can provide some insight into who opened fire at a pop-up gathering in a state commuter lot off I-84 that drew upwards of 200 people.
