Joe Ganim sues an airline after he says he was bitten by another passenger’s dog

Bridgeport Mayor Joseph Ganim is suing Delta Air Lines, complaining he was seated on a flight and awaiting takeoff when he was bitten by a dog brought aboard his flight by another passenger.
