White man charged in Manchester racist attack used slur against a Black police officer during prior arrest, warrant says.

One of two white men charged with terrorizing three Black juveniles admitted yelling a racist slur at the youths, but only after they targeted him because of his race, arrest warrants released Tuesday say.
