Trooper arraigned in the death of Mubarak Soulemane as police rally in support

A Connecticut state trooper who fatally shot a man after a high-speed chase in 2020 was arraigned in court on Tuesday to a show of support by fellow law enforcement officers, which the victim’s family said was a failed intimidation tactic.
