Hartford man pleads guilty to drug possession; feds say he had 4 pounds of cocaine mailed from Puerto Rico

A Hartford man pleaded guilty to a federal drug charge Wednesday for his role in distributing more than four pounds of cocaine from Puerto Rico through the mail, a U.S. Attorney’s spokesman said.
