Connecticut Gov. Lamont pushes juvenile crime reforms including quicker arraignments, expanded programs for repeat offenders

Governor Ned Lamont joined members of the East Hartford Police Department and Connecticut State Police Tuesday in urging the state legislature to pass a juvenile crime bill that calls for quicker arraignments and expands programs meant to reduce the rate of repeat offenses by teens and children.
