Registrar’s rejection of Bloomfield Democratic primary petition was ‘clearly wrong’, judge finds after trial

After Bloomfield’s newly installed Democratic registrar reversed himself on accepting a petition for a town committee primary, a judge ruled that the registrar had rejected signatures out of “pure speculation.”
