Stolen car rams police vehicle outside Manchester hotel, where SWAT team was present for separate investigation

A SWAT team that was helping to serve high-risk warrants at a Manchester hotel Thursday apparently spooked a driver in the hotel parking lot, who was behind the wheel of a stolen car and rammed a police vehicle to get away, according to police.
