State police make arrest in connection to 82-year-old stabbed outside a medical center in Westbrook last week

A Chester man who was arrested in connection to a stabbing outside the Middlesex Health Shoreline Medical Center last Thursday told police that he didn’t have a weapon, but pushed an e-cigarette into the 82-year-old victim’s body.
