Connecticut juvenile justice committee takes first steps toward combating teen car thefts, looking at contributing factors to increase in 2020

State representatives and different advocacy organizations around Connecticut are trying to tackle the growing issue of juvenile car theft and crime as they look at the contributing factors of the COVID-19 pandemic and the lack of recreational programs and transportation for city youth.
