2 injured in ceiling collapse at Milkcraft in West Hartford Center, ice cream shop closed while inspectors investigate cause

Both sets of injuries were considered minor, but one person was transported to a local hospital for further treatment and the space has been deemed unsafe and closed while officials investigate, West Hartford Fire Chief Greg Priest said.
