Hartford residents try to keep cool in record-high heat; advisory in effect until late Wednesday

The Greater Hartford area saw temperatures in the high 90s Tuesday afternoon: Hartford and Bradley Airport reached a high of 99, and with humidity and lack of wind: the figure felt closer to 106, according to National Weather Service.
