Severe thunderstorm warning in Hartford Tuesday afternoon; weather back to sunny and in the 70s later in the week

After seeing close to nothing but sunshine and blue skies, parts of the state are expecting storms Tuesday afternoon as a bit of cooler weather, compared to the heat wave, is on the horizon and expected to touchdown beginning Thursday.
