East Hartford police say man charged with murder argued with victim just before shooting

On the morning that William Gonzalez was shot to death in an East Hartford parking lot, witnesses said he had been arguing with his killer, the brother of a woman who also was charged in the case, an arrest warrant released Thursday says.
