From the nights that 33-year-old Hanna Pryhazhayeva had to do her college homework with an English dictionary on hand, to being one of just four students annually accepted to a national dietetic internship in Maryland, the December nutrition grad from the University of Saint Joseph will also be the university’s undergraduate commencement speaker this weekend.
