Former Connecticut child abuse investigator arrested on abuse charges after infant suffers skull fractures, brain bleeding

A former child abuse investigator for the Connecticut Department of Children and Families was arrested this week and now faces child abuse charges herself after an infant in her foster care suffered serious head injuries late last year.
