Police: Man in critical condition after stabbing himself repeatedly before arrest in Hartford on kidnapping charges

A man and woman wanted on kidnapping charges were captured Tuesday after they were located with a stolen vehicle in Hartford and the man attempted to kill himself before the pair’s arrest.
