With no funding for smoking prevention, Connecticut gets failing grades in American Lung Association report

Connecticut took home two Fs on an American Lung Association report for failing to use tobacco industry settlement funds or taxes on smoking prevention programs and doing nothing to stop sales of flavored tobacco products.
