Federal drug agents arrest Hartford man, seize 13,000 fentanyl doses and kilo of cocaine from South End apartment

A Hartford man suspected of dealing fentanyl across Connecticut and New York was captured Wednesday with almost 13,000 doses of fentanyl and a kilogram of cocaine stashed inside his South End apartment.
