After her father died of COVID-19, owner of Hartford’s Piggy’s Cafe gets boost from Barstool Sports to keep business going

Piggy’s Cafe in Hartford is one of the latest restaurant in the state to receive help from a fund started by Barstool Sports founder David Portnoy to help keep small businesses going through the COVID-19 pandemic.
