Lawsuits against Hartford claim multiple police officers were subjected to racial discrimination, retaliation

A Hartford police detective’s claim of racial discrimination has spawned three lawsuits since last spring, his own case and two filed by fellow officers who say they were retaliated against for standing by the Hispanic detective.
