Connecticut travel advisory rules unchanged as two states are added to list; New York and New Jersey will not be included

Last week, Gov. Lamont suggested Connecticut may strengthen its travel rules. Then on Monday, he said the state would relax its rules. Now, he's saying the rules actually won't change — except that they won't apply to New Jersey or New York.
