State police: Trooper at wrong-way, DUI arrest dives off highway to avoid being hit by second drunken driver

A trooper standing on Route 9 in Berlin during a traffic stop involving a wrong-way, drunken driver early Sunday had to dive over the guardrail to prevent injury when a second drunken driver rear-ended his patrol car, state police say.
