Warrant: Police tracked phone of suspected killer to area where missing woman’s body was discovered, bound by tape, in Watertown forest

Months after a body was left in a Watertown forest, wrapped in bags and bound by tape, Waterbury detectives tracked the phone of a city man through the area on the night they believe she was killed, an arrest warrant released Friday shows.
