Mass COVID-19 testing at Department of Correction finds 241 inmates with virus; positive test rate drops to 3%

The Department of Correction’s second round of system-wide COVID-19 tests in the past two months discovered 241 inmates with the virus, but officials said they have not had an inmate show symptoms in more than three weeks.
