Jaqhawn Walters, a Hartford high school basketball star who later played in college and professionally, was murdered on the streets of Hartford Saturday, not far from where his father was killed in a hauntingly similar series of events in 2015. Walters was a beloved student and teammate at University High and Albertus Magnus College.
